Lauren Grames joined IAA as Director of Advisor Technology in November 2024. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing technology roadmaps that align with the firm’s goals, managing critical platforms such as CRM systems and financial planning software, and providing robust support and training for advisors. She also collaborates with third-party technology partners to find and implement innovative solutions that enhance the advisor experience.
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa in 2009. She also holds Series 6, 63, 65, and SIE licenses. Before joining IAA, Lauren held managerial roles with Stone Press Financial Group, Western & Southern Life, and Mutual of Omaha.
Originally from Miami, FL, Lauren has lived in the Charlotte area with her husband, dog, Odin, and cats Riley and Monsieur since 2020. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing tennis and volleyball, exploring Charlotte’s culinary scene, traveling, and spending time with family. Lauren also serves as a board member of the ROB Foundation and volunteers as a CASA advocate.
