Initial Interview

Submission

You receive notes, resumés, initial assessments, and contact information for candidates. During this phase, you determine which candidates will move forward in the hiring process.

Screening & Assessment

Candidates who meet the job requirements will be screened through phone or email. If they successfully pass this stage, they will complete a preliminary assessment.

Curation
