CHARLOTTE, N.C. – December 8, 2020 – Independent Advisor Alliance (IAA) today announced that Jeff Pitt has joined the IAA team as Business Consultant. In this role, Pitt will strategize with advisors to optimize the growth, scale, and profitability of their business.
IAA oversees more than $11B in client assets for their 138 partner firms. The firm’s rapid growth has been fueled by advisors looking for autonomy and control over their business while having the support and services they need to grow. The appointment of Pitt to this role is in keeping with IAA’s commitment to partnering with advisors to customize the support and technology that best fit each advisor’s unique needs.
“The financial industry is increasing in its complexity and regulatory needs, so advisors must be able to navigate and adapt to a rapidly changing environment to run a successful practice,” said Robert Russo, CEO and Founder of IAA. “Jeff will work closely with advisors, helping them to take advantage of the technology and support services IAA offers, navigate any complexities, and act as an advocate on their behalf when needed.”
“I’m excited to join a firm that cares about their advisors and are passionate about the work that they do,” said Jeff Pitt. “IAA offers a comprehensive set of solutions that really work for what advisors need, and their dedication to personalized service and relationship management are unparalleled. That, combined with the firm’s growth trajectory and a positive and collaborative office culture, made it an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.”
