Director of Advisor Success
The Director of Advisor Success will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the relationships between IAA and its network of financial advisors. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for advisors, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term. mutually beneficial partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Director of Transitions
The Director of Transitions will work closely with the Business Development team to guide prospective IAA advisors through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process. This role involves designing customized plans that help advisors quickly leverage IAA’s tools and resources, facilitating their business success. The Director of Technology will manage the entire transition process, collaborating with advisors, their teams, and IAA’s leadership to deliver a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include problem-solving, navigating complex situations, and driving continuous improvements to enhance the onboarding journey. The ideal candidate is client-focused, collaborative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
