Chief Growth Officer
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Independent Advisor Alliance (IAA) is responsible for driving the firm’s expansion strategy through business development and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This executive leader will spearhead advisor recruitment efforts and execute strategic acquisitions to enhance IAA’s market position. The CGO will work closely with senior leadership, fostering relationships with financial advisors and firms to grow assets under supervision.
Content Creator
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Content Ceator to join our team. This role is essential for producing high-quality content across multiple platforms, including graphic design, video production, content sourcing, and writing. If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for visual design, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and AI tools is highly preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Associate to join our team, focusing on delivering tailored content to financial advisors. This role is essential for communicating the value of our IT and cybersecurity solutions, business development initiatives, and comprehensive advisor services. If you have a passion for marketing, a knack for storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with traditional and digital marketing tactics is required, and familiarity with financial services or advisor-focused content is a plus.
