Director of Advisor Success

The Director of Advisor Success will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the relationships between IAA and its network of financial advisors. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for advisors, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term. mutually beneficial partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Trading and Operations Manager

The Manager of Trading and Operations will play a critical role in overseeing the trading and operational aspects for IAA’s advisor network. This position is responsible for executing and improving the trading processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing operational workflows to optimize advisor support. This role requires a blend of technical trading expertise, operational acumen, and a strong understanding of compliance standards in the RIA space. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with various internal teams, such as Compliance, Technology, and Advisor Support, to deliver consistent and accurate trading operations.

Trading and Operations Associate

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Trading and Operations Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring seamless portfolio management and operational support for our advisors. If you have a passion for precision, are a natural problem-solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Experience with advisor platforms like Black Diamond is highly preferred, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
