Chief Growth Officer

This role is based in Charlotte, NC, requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a key position on IAA’s leadership team responsible for the achievement of the firm’s market expansion and overall growth. The CGO will work in collaboration with the leadership team to develop, execute and measure IAA’s growth initiatives and results. The primary levers of growth will be through Advisor Recruitment, M&A and Asset Management Services. This role reports directly to the Chief Experience Officer.

The CGO’s Primary Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To:
    • Design and execute the strategic growth plan of IAA.
    • Build and maintain relationships with COIs and 3rd Party Recruiting Firms to drive new advisor lead flow.
    • Source prospects and move them through all stages of the sales pipeline using a relationship-oriented and consultative approach.
    • Engage with advisors on M&A opportunities where IAA may acquire a portion or the entirety of their business.
    • Represent IAA in the industry through networking and presentations at industry conferences and events.
    • Regularly report on results tied specifically to recruiting efforts and revenue growth initiatives.
    • Design, build, and manage the appropriate team to maximize the outcomes of IAA’s growth efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial services industry.

  • Direct experience or knowledge of LPL's platform is a plus.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Direct experience in advisor recruitment within the RIA and BD channels.

  • Strong relationship and leadership skills.
