Director of Advisor Success

The Director of Advisor Success will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the relationships between IAA and its network of financial advisors. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for advisors, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Specifics Areas Of Responsibility Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Advisor Support: Act as the primary liaison between IAA and its financial advisor partners, providing timely and accurate support on all matters related to their business. 
  • Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with financial advisors to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction. 
  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new advisors, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into IAA’s platform and services. 
  • EOS Integration: Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within partner firms, including conducting training sessions and workshops for employees. 
  • Product & Service Education: Educate advisors on the full suite of IAA’s products and services, ensuring they are fully informed and able to leverage these offerings to best serve their clients. 
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues or concerns raised by financial advisors, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently. 
  • Business Development: Work with financial advisors to identify growth opportunities, providing insights and resources to help them expand their business. 
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze advisor performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations to improve their business outcomes. 
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and participate in advisor-related events, including training sessions, conferences, and webinars, to foster community and provide value-added resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field

  • At least 8+ years of experience preferably in a relationship management or a client-facing role

  • Strong understanding of the RIA industry and the financial advisory business models

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses preferred but not required
