Robert grew his book of business through primarily institutional relationships running 401(k) plans for small to midsized businesses. Always looking to partner with like-minded advisors, Robert founded an OSJ in the Charlotte, NC area to continue building relationships. During his many years of experience as an advisor and OSJ, he realized his passion was working directly with other advisors rather than managing a book of business.

This passion led him to take the risk of selling his retirement plan business to start the RIA – Independent Advisor Alliance.
