Tina VonCanon, Director of Transitions, has been with IAA since February 2018. Her day-to-day responsibilities include assisting advisors and support staff as they move from one phase of their career to the next.

As a part of her duties, Tina works alongside advisors as they leave other firms to partner with IAA, support staff as they join advisor offices as new employees, and support staff as further their career by becoming licensed. She manages and adapts throughout each project to ensure that the transition goes smoothly.

Tina has been in the financial industry since 1993. She started her career in the banking industry, working in collections and lending. Prior to joining IAA, she worked at LPL Financial in a number of roles including service and training.

Born in Charleston, SC, Tina currently resides in Myrtle Beach with her husband and mother. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, listening and dancing to music, playing board games with her family, and spending time at the beach.
