Debbie Re, Trading and Operations Manager, has been with IAA since 2019. Her day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the Chief Investment Officer with the implementation of the FLEX Portfolios program and assisting partner advisors utilizing FLEX and other asset management services.

On the operations side, Debbie oversees the processes and billing for Fidelity, Charles Schwab, and TD Ameritrade as well as supporting advisors enrolled in Orion. She also manages the Virtual Operations Program. In addition, Debbie also serves on the Engage Conference planning committee.

Debbie has been in the financial services industry since 2010. She holds her Series 7, Series 63, and SIE licenses. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. Prior to joining IAA, Debbie worked as a trading specialist and a registered sales assistant.

Born in Boston, MA, Debbie lives in Indian Trail, NC with her husband, Brian. They have two sons and a dog. Outside of the office, Debbie likes to read, explore Charlotte, and travel.
