Cara Siliakus, Marketing & Brand Strategist, has been with IAA since November 2020. She supports the marketing manager in the implementation of IAA’s marketing strategy. Her day-to-day responsibilities also include overseeing the Blackbridge brand and assisting in inter-departmental projects.
As a member of the Creative Capital team, Cara oversees the buildout of advisor social media strategy and client outreach strategy. She works alongside the rest of the Creative Capital team to ensure the social media elements work in tandem with the brand and website. Cara also serves on the Engage Conference planning committee.
Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media & Journalism with a focus in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining IAA, she held multiple marketing internships including at a magazine and with the Carolina Hurricanes.
A native of Charlotte, Cara enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with her family and friends, and trying new things.
