Cara joined the IAA team in November 2020 as a Brand Strategist. Her role serves to assist advisors in developing their brand and marketing strategy and supporting overall company marketing efforts.
Prior to joining IAA, Cara held various marketing and public relations internships, including with Chapel Hill Magazine, the Carolina Hurricanes, and Carolina Athletics. She also spent time at a marketing agency, a magazine, and a software company. These experiences allowed Cara to nurture valuable skills in the industry.
Cara graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Journalism with a public relations focus, as well as minors in Spanish and history and a sports communication certificate. As a lifelong resident of Charlotte, Cara is an avid North Carolina sports fan. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching sports, tap dancing and spending time with family and friends.
